Refund policy

All sales are final once digital access, delivery, download, online availability or custom production starts, except where a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction is required by law.

Digital access

At checkout you request immediate digital access, immediate newsletter access, or immediate custom-report production during any cancellation period, and acknowledge that you lose any change-of-mind cancellation right once that supply or production starts.

Pre-built reports

Pre-built reports unlock immediately after payment. We do not refund them because you changed your mind, did not use the report, or disagree with a good-faith football judgement.

Custom reports

Custom reports are commissioned to the order details supplied at checkout. You can cancel before production starts. After production starts, or after delivery, refunds are only available where required by law.

Subscriptions

Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless checkout says otherwise. We do not refund a current paid period because you changed your mind after access has started, except where required by law.

Legal remedies

If digital content is faulty, materially not as described, inaccessible, duplicated by mistake, or not supplied, email hello@dossier.coachingconnects.co.uk with the order email, report link and the issue. Where the law allows, we may repair, correct, replace or restore access before any refund or price reduction.

Payment route

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible.
